This September, a band of influential chefs will rock the Washington D.C. food scene with a multi-sensory gastronomical experience called “Kraut Rocks.” Top Chef alum and Washington D.C. restaurateur Spike Mendelsohn will host the month-long culinary experience that puts sauerkraut, the classic fermented cabbage, on center stage (yes, you read that correctly).

The Chile Relleno Fest at La Sandia has been extended! Until September 16th, Chef Richard Sandoval will continue his popular culinary festival of Mexico’s most signature dish, Chile Relleno, or “stuffed chile.” Until the 16th of September, guests can taste four bold, new preparations of Chile Relleno that showcase modern adaptations of this traditional dish.
