DC Restaurant Week – Summer 2012 Dates Announced!
The dates August 13-19, 2012 for the upcoming summer DC Restaurant Week have been “Officially’ announced. Make your reservations, now! Continuing in the tradition, Dining in DC will offer special DC Restaurant Week features that you are going to love. For example, check out features from Winter 2012 Restaurant Week including newcomers, live music or entertainment, Best Bets neighborhood guide, and of course, my Top 20 Picks. I know that foodies love good food and even better, at a great value, so stay tuned for tips, special notes on menus, and the beloved list of extensions.
Some of the hottest new restaurants such as Mike Isabella’s Bandolero, Pulpo, Rasika West End, Station 4, and Fujimar will participate this summer for the first time, so be sure to make your reservations early! In the event that various restaurants choose to participate in the promotion, but do not use Opentable.com, I will post their menus here.

Remember: Restaurants that offer their full menus are considered the best deal. The restaurants that already offer prix fixe menus or pre-theatre menus all year-long, you can take advantage of anytime. In addition, restaurants that offers any small-plates/tapas/mezze, are all great, but already generally offer good deals year-round. Some restaurants offer only limited selections, or include various surcharges (sometimes called supplemental fees) for some of their better dishes – these should be avoided.
