Although the nation’s capital has a perma-crush on hamburgers and pork, area restaurants have at the same time been evolving into becoming more vegetarian and vegan-friendly. If you’re looking for a deliciously healthy spot to brunch, then you should not miss the upcoming Market Fresh Vegan Brunch at Todd Gray’s Muse at the Corcoran Art Gallery (500 17th Street, NW), this Sunday, May 20, 2012. Once a month, local Chef Todd Gray offers an exclusively vegan brunch menu expertly curated and designed for the Corcoran. Taking inspiration from the Corcoran Collection and the Gallery’s special exhibitions, and distinguished by seasonal, local ingredients–many sourced from the nearby FreshFarm Market, by the White House–Muse is a unique culinary experience.
