Save the date for Monday, May 21, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. when twenty of DC’s most talented chefs will ewe-night for the 2nd Annual American Lamb Jam produced by the American Lamb Board.
This ultimate taste-off held at the Eastern Market in will feature top chefs and their creative preparations of lusty lamb dishes accompanied by several wineries, breweries and more. Enjoy delicious samples of dishes featuring American Lamb, demos, and more!
Media judging will include awards for Best of Show, 1st Place Awards for Shoulder, Leg of Lamb, Shank and Loin tastes. Guests vote and determine the People’s Choice winner. People’s Choice Award for 2011 went to Executive Chef John Critchley from Urbana Restaurant in Dupont Circle.
