Update: Bread for the City reaches out to the DC Community to help close their food gap
June 27, 2009 by: diningindcDining in DC recently posted that Bread for the City had an urgent request and needed the DC community to help their gap in their food budget. Evidently they ‘closed the books’ for the month of May they overspent $10,360 than they budgeted. I posted … there were others that posted … the community has responded - they have been able to raise over $5,000. They are haf way there! Please continue to donate to help Bread for the City meet this challenge!
